This privately owned 84-hectare nature reserve nestled between Buffelsbaai and the quaint town of Knysna offers an unforgettable experience for nature lovers.
Inspired by nature and pygmy elephants that are believed to have roamed the coastal forests more than 400 years ago, the owners of Endlovana (Xhosa for 'Place of the Small Elephant’) have created a restful place that blends completely with the tranquil surroundings, broken only by birdsong and crashing waves.
The magic of this hideaway is that the camp is booked for your exclusive use, making it a perfect retreat for families, a safe place for a special group of friends to unwind, a romantic holiday for two or a getaway for a small business group.
Accomodation:
Raised wooden walkways meander among the forest to four permanent luxury tents set on elevated decks. the comfortably furnished tents blend with the natural surroundings to ensure privacy.
Each tent sleeps two people and has its own rustic forest bathroom.
Additional tents can be erected on adjoining wooden decks for larger groups or families with children.
Wander along a walkway towards the beach and you’ll discover a sheltered wooden sundeck. The unforgettable view of pristine private coastline holds the promise of memorable sundowners and breathtaking sunrise experiences.
A cosy braai (barbeque) area leads to a charming communal dining and entertainment deck that all merge naturally into the surrounding milk woods and coastal forest.
The well equipped kitchen features every electrical appliance to make catering and entertaining a relaxing pastime.
This is a fully catered package which includes:
Healthy breakfast of different cereals, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice, toast with cheeses and preserves,
tea and coffee.
Lunch we have on the run whilst partaking in one the activities and will consist of freshly made sumptious sandwiches ,fruit etc...
Dinner is the main meal of the day and a chance to sit around an open log fire with the sky as your ceiling. From a traditional South African braai (barbeque) to tastefully prepared seafood all served with delicious salads and vegetables.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided during all activities.
Mineral water and fruit juice will be served with each meal.
Special meals can be arranged and could include any of the following:
• Romantic dinners.
• Special occasions.
• Oysters and champagne.
Alchoholic beverages are not included but can be ordered with prior arrangement.

Guided mountainbiking on magnificent routes with varied landscape, beautiful indigenous forest, awesome single track, sea views and loads of downhill fun. Transportation, drinks and refreshments are provided.
Guided hiking or forest drive Knysna lies in the heart of the largest remaining section of the fast dwindling African rain forest.
Spend an informative day exploring the cool depths of the forest.
There are a number of beautiful forest and coastal walks on the Garden-route all varying in distance and difficulty. We will help you to choose one that suits you best.
